Remove all makeup and nail polish


Shower before coming to the Day Surgery


Wear loose clothing that can be easily folded and stored


Bring a book or magazine for reading


Bring a DVD for child patients


Bring all relevant X-rays


Bring all medications (including diabetic medications)


Leave jewellery and other items of value at home


Arrange for a carer to take you home (you must not drive yourself)


Bring a Credit card or cash to settle your Day Surgery account
